• Learning Curves^TM is responsible for personal information under its control.
• All Learning Curves^TM employees are responsible for day-to-day compliance.
• When we use trusted third parties to act on our behalf by performing such functions as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, processing credit card payments or providing customer service, contractual or other appropriate means are used to ensure compliance by such third parties with this Policy and all applicable privacy laws.
• Unless the purpose is self-evident due to the nature of the transaction in question, Learning Curves^TM will identify the purposes for which personal information is collected at or before the time the information is collected.
• The proposed purposes will be described in a reasonably understandable manner.
• An example of a self-evident purpose is requesting the name and address of the person placing an order in order to ensure proper delivery.

• Upon request, Learning Curves^TM will inform you of the existence, use and disclosure of personal information relating to you, and give you access to that information. You have the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of your information and have it amended as appropriate.

Some examples of these circumstances are information that contains references to other individuals, that cannot be disclosed for legal, security or commercial proprietary reasons, or that is subject to solicitor-client or litigation privilege.

Returns and Exchanges

Learning Curves^TM wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 (thirty) days of shipment.

All products must be returned in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged, please return it immediately for a full refund.

The purchase or renewal fee for Licensing/memberships are not refundable.  Also, all materials that can be duplicated or reproduced do not qualify for a refund.

Returns
We advise customers to return their orders via registered mail, as Learning Curves^TM will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged orders.

Online returns: terms and conditions

1. The following items are not returnable:
   • Licensing Fees/Memberships
   • Opened products (unless damaged)
   • All materials that can be duplicated or reproduced
2. Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
3. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit (i.e. confirming damaged product).
4. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
5. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. For your convenience, shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
6. The following rules apply for returning product:
   • If for any reason a return is required you must contact our customer service department within 30 days from the shipment date of your order. Upon contacting customer service you will be provided with directions on how to return the product if eligible.
   • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and Learning Curves^TM will not refund return shipping costs.
   • We reserve the right to verify returned product information before issuing a refund.

Limited warranty - EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY, Learning Curves^TM MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR CONDITION RESPECTING ANY NEW PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OR YEAR 2004 COMPLIANCE AND ANY SUCH WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION IS EXCLUDED. Learning Curves's^TM SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO RETURN AND REFUND AS STATED ABOVE AND IN OUR RETURNS POLICY.

Limitation of Liability- IN NO EVENT WILL Learning Curves^TM BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURY, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT. Learning Curves^TM TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT PLUS C$5.00 SHIPPING CHARGES.

To determine when you can expect to receive your order, add the item's availability to the shipping time. For example, if our representative states that an item is available in 24 hours, and uses the UPS method within the U.S. your total delivery time is:

Where is my parcel left if I'm not at home to receive it?

Orders shipped by UPS can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, a card will be left advising that the package was undeliverable with contact information and next delivery time.

Will all of my items be shipped together?

We ship available items right away, charging both the per-order base shipping fee of $15.00 and the per-item fee of $15.00, with the first shipment. We then ship any remaining items in your order as they become available. * Duties and taxes will be assessed when the package reaches your destination country. The recipient is responsible for these and any other additional charges.
